Obituary

Jacqueline "Jackie" Ann Beilke Ruh, age 95, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was called home to be with the Lord on July 7, 2025.

Jackie was born on February 19, 1930, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Alyce and Louis Robbins. She attended Atwater and Richards Schools in Shorewood and Whitefish Bay and graduated from Shorewood High School in 1948. She continued her education at Lawrence College in Appleton, Wisconsin, where she was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.

In 1951, Jackie married James "Dick" Beilke. Together they raised three children: Debra Ann Harper, Rick Robbins, and Kathy Lookout. After many happy years of marriage, Dick passed away in 1985. In 1991, Jackie found love again and married George Ruh. They spent 25 joyful years together living on Grand Lake before George's passing in 2016.

A devoted homemaker, Jackie had a true talent for cooking, decorating, and entertaining. Her warmth and hospitality were felt by everyone who entered her home. She also had a long and successful career in retail, working for over 30 years at Nielsens Gift Shop, B. Dalton Booksellers, The Velvet Closet, and Marily's in Tulsa. Jackie was a natural "fashionista" with a gift for helping women find their signature look. Her passion for empowering women through the creation of a fun and personalized style was a gift for each client that was fortunate enough to encounter her.

Jackie is survived by her children and their spouses, Debra Ann and Cameron Harper, Rick and Cathi Robbins, and Kathy and Anthony Lookout; her grandchildren, Maddie Habeck of Tulsa, OK, and Dena McIntosh of Nooksack, WA; and three great-grandchildren, Hailey, Jacob, and Tori. She is also lovingly remembered by George's children - Gregory, Anthony, and Monica - as well as his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom Jackie loved as her own.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, James "Dick" Beilke; her second husband, George Ruh; and her parents, Alyce and Louis Robbins.
