James Donahoe Blake

Born on July 9, 1949 to Marion Joseph Blake and Mabel Esther Blake in Tulsa. Attended Cascia Hall as well as Edison High School and Oklahoma State University.  Married Karen Rogers of Muskogee on April 16, 1977.  Blessed with a son Matthew James Blake on January 21, 1982.
He was a businessman with many interests including: oil, farming, and commercial properties as well as   an active interest in the stock market. He also had an affinity for woodworking while opening his own business, The Renovators, specializing in remodeling and cabinet making.
He was a member of Holy Family Cathedral. He loved to travel, visiting Europe, extensive travel in the United States with Colorado being a favorite destination.
Survived by wife Karen, son Matthew, daughter in law Shannon, sister in law Sandra Mancini, brother in law Dennis Mancini, Niece Stacey Hagen and great nephew Brayden Bozak, and many cousins and lifelong friends.  Donations may be made to American Red Cross.  Viewing: 1:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday.  Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday and Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Friday all at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 918-291-3500.
