Jaymeson Michael West

Jaymeson Michael West, 16, of Broken Arrow, died on Friday, September 29, 2017. A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Jaymeson was born in Ada, Oklahoma, on August 5, 2001. He was a Junior at Broken Arrow High School where he played alto saxophone in the Pride of Broken Arrow marching band, and also played tenor saxophone in one of the school's symphonic bands. He was an honors student and participated in the advanced placement program. He enjoyed wake surfing, reading, video games, anime, and spending time with his band section. He will always be remembered for his infectious smile, love of bow ties, and for standing up for those around him that could not do for themselves. May his spirit live on forever in the stories of those he helped. He was preceded in death by James V.
