Jeffrey Scott
Elias
January 4, 1962 – April 27, 2026
Jeffrey Scott Elias passed away on April 27, 2026.
Jeff was born on January 4, 1962, in Glendale, California, to Hilary and Thomas Elias. He spent the past 33 years at his ranch in Beggs, Oklahoma, a place he deeply loved and proudly called home.
Jeff graduated from Bishop Kelley High School and continued his education at St. Gregory's University, Oklahoma State University, and Tulsa Junior College.
On February 3, 1990, Jeff married the love of his life, Donna. Together, they built a life centered on family and raised two children, Noah Scott Elias and Natalie Kathryn Elias.
Jeff began his career with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Department, where he served for seven years. In 1992, he joined the Tulsa Police Department, where he faithfully served as a police officer until his retirement in 2018 due to illness.
Jeff was many things-a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, rancher, police officer, and friend. He loved animals, children, sports, antiques, the beach, and good food. He was especially known for giving people a hard time-his unique way of showing affection-and for bringing people together to share meals, laughter, and conversation.
Jeff had a generous heart and was always willing to help anyone in need-friends, family, coworkers, or even strangers. His kindness and willingness to give of himself left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Elias, and his grandfather, Alfred Carson.
Jeff is survived by his beloved wife, Donna; his son, Noah Elias, and granddaughters, Blakely and Brooks; his daughter, Natalie Elias (Brett); his mother, Hilary Elias; and his siblings: Tom (Susan), John (Kristy), Steve (Courtney), Rob (Kim), Nicole, Brian (Lee), and Jennifer (Dave).
