Joan Cesta Sinnett, age 89, died on April 19th, 2023, in Tulsa, OK
Joan was born on August 21, 1933, in Syracuse, New York, to parents Frank and Rose Cesta. She graduated from Convent School class of 1951 then furthered her education by obtaining a degree in Education from LeMoyne College. On August 25th,1956 she married John M. Sinnett, and they made their home in Syracuse, New York except for a few years spent in Canfield, Ohio, and Holliston MA. She enjoyed golfing, traveling, and camping in the Adirondacks Mountains. Her family and friends will always remember her kindness, her warmth, and her chocolate chip cookies.
She is survived by her brother Edwin Cesta, of Northridge CA, Son John Sinnett of Houston, TX, Daughter Christina Alsdorf (Ray) of Tulsa.OK, Son Michael Sinnett of Winston-Salem NC., Son Mark Sinnett (Merrette) of Peekskill NY, and Son David Sinnett (Juli) of Cotuit MA, Eight Grandchildren and three great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by Parents Frank and Rose Cesta, Brothers Ramon and Francis Cesta and her husband of 59 years John Sinnett.
A graveside service will be held in Syracuse, New York at later time.
