John "Jack" Kauth, 93, died June 8, 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by family members. Jack was born November 9, 1929 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to the late Harold and Clara (Stallman) Kauth. Jack graduated from the University of Minnesota undergraduate and medical schools and went on to complete his residency in Radiology in Baltimore, Maryland. Jack and his family then moved to Tulsa, where he had lived for the past 64 years. Jack helped establish the Radiology Department at St. Francis Hospital and practiced there for over 40 years. Since retirement, he has been a dedicated volunteer at Xavier Clinic and enjoyed playing the area golf courses with family and friends. He will be remembered as a good husband, father and physician. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverley; son, Michael; grandson, Matthew; and sister, Mary Eileen Chambers. He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, David and Pat Kauth, Bixby, and Thomas and Dian Kauth, Dallas; daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and David Ruen, Mason City, Iowa; Ann and Terry Russell, Tulsa; and Mary and Brent Brown, Melissa, Texas; 14 grandchildren;18 great-grandchildren, the latest born just a few days ago on June 6th; and many nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held from 3-5 PM, on Thursday, June 15th, at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, 14th and S Boulder Ave.. A rosary will be held at 7 PM, June 15th, at Christ the King Church. A memorial service will be held at Christ the King Church on June 16th, at 2 PM, preceded by a private burial.
