Joseph Paul Rowe, age 90, passed away on March 23, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on December 12, 1934 in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, to Pauline and Joseph Rowe.

Joe graduated from Claymont High School in Claymont, Delaware before serving his country with dedication in the United States Air Force from 1954 until his retirement in 1988 as a Lieutenant Colonel. His years of service were marked by commitment, leadership, and a deep sense of duty.

He is survived by his loving wife, Karin Rowe; his sister, Nancy Wampole; his children, David Rowe and his wife Jennifer, Dawn Vess, and Tracy Pugh and her husband Jeff; as well as his cherished grandchildren, Taylor Pugh and Grant Vess. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline and Joseph Rowe.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on March 28, 2025, at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Joe's memory, honoring his generous spirit and commitment to helping others.

Joe will be remembered for his devotion to family, his service to his country, and the kindness he showed to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
