Obituary
Karen Sue Samuel departed peacefully at home with her husband Joel by her side, on January 19, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
She was predeceased by her parents, Richard Frymire and Opal Gertrude Frymire and her brother Bob Frymire all of Oklahoma City.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years Joel Samuel, her children Randy Morgan and wife Carrie, Shelly Cronister and her husband Ray, and Robert Morgan and step children Connon Samuel and wife Elizabeth and Cameron Samuel, eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Friends may honor Karen with Memorial Donations to Cura Hospice and Palliative Care of Northeast Oklahoma 4510 E. 31st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74135.
