Kathleen (Carlile) Eastin ("Kathy"), daughter to the late Paul V. Carlile and Mildred (Armstrong) Carlile died April 29, 2013. Born November 4, 1947, grew up in Sallisaw, OK. Lived adulthood in Tulsa. Widow of the late George R. Eastin; Kathy is survived by daughter Lisa (Eastin) Rhodes; her husband Jeff K. Rhodes; grandson Jeff K. Rhodes II ("Jake"); granddaughters McKenna and Payton Rhodes; brother Paul V. Carlile, M.D. and his wife Carolyn R. (Corn) Carlile, M.D.; niece Lauren Carlile; nephew Logan Carlile and numerous beloved cousins and friends. Visitation 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013 and Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013 both at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 918-291-3500, 3612 East 91st Street South, Tulsa, OK 74137.
