Kathy Diane Biggs, 48, passed away April 5, 2013 in Tulsa, OK. She was born July 28, 1964 in Cushing, OK to Ronald Everett Biggs and Jeanne Harmon Willard. She is survived by; mother, Jeanne Holmes and brother, Michael Biggs. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Redeemer Covenant Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
