Katie Farr, 36, died at home on July 1, 2013.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Farr, her children, and parents Dr. Bruce and Ann Singer.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 8, 2013, at Temple Israel. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
