Kay Arlene Palumbo passed away peacefully on September 12, 2019 at the age of 82, in the presence of loving family.  Kay was born on September 5, 1937 in Milesburg, Pennsylvania, daughter of Norma and William Miller.  Kay is preceded in death by her mother and father, and brother William. Kay is survived by daughters Cheryl Williams and Barbara Velmer, son Nick Palumbo, sons-in-laws Robert Williams and Marc Velmer, grandsons Gregory and Ryan Velmer, and granddaughters Victoria and Courtney Williams.Kay lived most of her adult life in the Pittsburgh area, but also lived in Evansville, Indiana (near daughter Barbara and her family) and Tulsa, Oklahoma (with daughter Cheryl and family). Kay was a very kind person; a dedicated, supportive and hard-working mom, a terrific grand mom, and great life-long friend to many.  Kay loved taking Christmas and summer vacations to visit family, traveling to music concerts with her friends, spending time at the beach and the central Pennsylvania mountains, crocheting, and attending and participating in church events.All who have had the privilege of knowing Kay, please remember her with very pleasant thoughts.
