Larry A. Miller was born in Houston, TX on April 12th, 1945. His Lord and Savior called him home on Friday December 14th, 2018. Shortly after being born Larry moved to Ada, OK with his parents and then in 1950 moved to Tulsa where he lived the vast majority of his life with a few stints in Florida, Arkansas, and Tennessee in between. Larry graduated from Webster High School in 1963, attended Oklahoma State University but graduated from the University of Tulsa.
Larry's career was primarily in the industrial insulation business including the nuclear power industry for several years. Larry is survived by his wife Maurine, his son Cameron and Cam's wife Tracy. Larry has two grandchildren named Ryan and Jasmine who called Larry their "bonus grandfather". Larry is also survived by 3 brothers, David, Jim and Greg and their spouses as well as multiple nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents Bib and Wanda Miller and a niece Michele.
The funeral service will be at St. John's Episcopal Church in Tulsa on Tuesday December 18th at 11:00 with a reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made on Larry's behalf at the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma.
