Lois Jeanette Waters was born November 2, 1928, and passed away January 27, 2025. She was the daughter of Owen Ignatius Waters and Jeanette Agnes (Keffler) Waters. She married Anthony Hubert Grummer on November 30, 1946. To this union they were blessed with six children. Lois Ann Grummer Startz, David Anthony Grummer, Teresa Mari Grummer Ropp, Patricia Marie Grummer Wade Cochran, Mary Grummer (stillborn), and Dennis Owen Grummer. Lois was blessed to have 15 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren. One special son-in-law she considers her son; Danny Michael Ropp.
She loved God and family and was the best prayer warrior her family could have asked for. She retired from Chevron-Texaco as a tax accountant. After retirement, she became a travel agent and became a Worldwide Traveler! Her adventures took her to all seven continents.
Lois was proceeded in death by her husband Anthony Grummer, a brother, Richard Waters, a sister Virginia Waters Benefield, two daughters; Patricia Grummer Wade Cochran, and Mary Grummer, and a granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Grummer.
She outlived all her aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
