Lola Southerland Cabioc went to be with her Lord on April 1, 2012. Born March 25, 1927, to William and Louvenia Pearson, she was the youngest of five children, all of whom preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by her loving husband Melton Cabioc.

Lola loved her family, extended family and friends with her whole heart. She always provided steadfast love and support to all. She was happiest when she was doing for others or singing in her church.

Lola is survived by her daughters Judy Monroe, Patricia (and José) Flores, and Kathy (and Stewart) Coulter, grandchildren Phillip Harris (Shelly), Melissa Bonham, and Julie Archer (Charles), as well as stepchildren Shelley and Terry Cabioc, their children, several great-grandchildren, and her dear friends Steve and Diane Austin and their children.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 5, and a homegoing celebration will be at 1 p.m., Friday, April 6, at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel.
