In loving memory of Lucio Nieto, Husband, Dad, Uncle, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and friend, born December 14th, 1932 passed February 16, 2015. He was preceded in death by wife, Johnnie Marie Nieto. He is survived by his children, Paul Nieto, Gina Wilson (Phillip), Anna Lewis (Tracy) all of Jenks, Anita Cochlin (Rolly) of Chouteau, Ok; his sister, Maria Medina, Tulsa; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by the love of his life, Marilyn Nieto whom he married on April 5, 2014 along with her two children; Renee Hammond (Jeff), Tulsa and Scott Reaves (Jaime), of Fort Smith, Ark along with two grandsons and four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Lucio retired from Flint Steel Corp, Tulsa and W&W Steel, Oklahoma City. He devoted most of his time outside of work to his family and his church – St Bernard's Catholic Church, Tulsa and later Holy Angels Parish, Oklahoma City. He served as a Deacon for over 28 years and retired upon his return to Tulsa four years ago. Nothing pleased him more than to preside at his children's marriages, and grandchildren's baptisms. He was loved by many people in the communities he served. He was a special person who loved unconditionally. He gave so much in his 82 years and the best gift was the meaning of love and family. He will be sorely missed by those who love him. Until We Meet Again.
