Margaret Mary Casey, 85, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on September 21st, 2019. She was born to parents Daniel and Mildred Fitzgerald, on May 28th, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois.

She attended secondary, and technical School in Chicago prior to working at the Amalgamated Meat Cutters Union where she worked in the accounting department.

While working at Amalgamated Meat Cutters, she met her husband, William (Bill) Casey, who visited her place of employment while working on the electronic accounting equipment. They married June 20, 1959 in Chicago and settled in Mundelein, Illinois where they bought their first house together.

After marriage, Margaret left her employment to become a loving wife, mother of four boys, and homemaker.

She enjoyed spending time with family, listening to music, painting, collecting holiday decorations, arts and crafts, her pets, the woodland animals in her backyard, and shopping.

Margaret is survived by sons; Bill, and wife, Lois, Ken, and wife, Suzi, and Ted, and wife, Kristi, and her many grandchildren, and her great granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Mildred Fitzgerald, husband, William Casey, son, Tom Casey, grandson, Michael Casey, and sister, Pat Fitzgerald.

The family has entrusted Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel in Tulsa with the arrangements. A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, September 26th, at 11:00 am at St Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, 4001 E 101st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Father Shane Hewson will officiate the ceremony.
