Margaret Ann Bond "Margie" was born to Buck and Opal Guilfoyle July 19, 1939 in Sperry, OK,
and was called home, peacefully surrounded by her family, on January 18th, 2016. Margie
spent close to 40 years as an RN in pediatrics at St. Johns Medical Center. She had a special
spot in her heart for children suffering from Cystic Fibrosis, many of whom grew into young
adulthood under her care. The light of Margie's life was her husband, George, and their five
kids. One of her proudest accomplishments was putting her kids through Catholic schools,
Saint Mary and Bishop Kelley; She sacrificed many things to accomplish it. Although to most she
seemed quiet and reserved, Marge was very quick witted and funny. Margie had an
unconditional love for her 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and looked forward to
meeting a third. She was preceded in death and looked forward to seeing again her beloved
George. Please join us in celebrating Margie's life with a Rosary on Wednesday, January 20th
at 5:00pm and a funeral Mass on Thursday, January 21st at 10:00am both at the Church of
Saint Mary. We love you Mock and will miss you terribly.
