Marilyn C. Plummer, 77 of Tulsa, OK began her journey home peacefully and quietly to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, April 3, 2018.  She was born August 8, 1940 in Tulsa, OK to Roland and Ruby Crandberg.  She spent her childhood in Oklahoma City, OK and was a graduate of Harding High School.  Marilyn enjoyed cooking and caring for her family.  Her children were her pride and joy.  She was an active member of the "Hats Ministry" of Asbury United Methodist Church.

Marilyn spent her working years in the medical professional and was lovingly referred to as "Doctor Marilyn" by all who knew and loved her.  She was privileged to accompany an Asbury United Methodist medical mission to Africa on three separate occasions.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her father and mother and is survived by her husband, Floyd E. Plummer of the home, sons Thomas and Robert Mabry, two grandsons Robert and Matthew and twin sister Carolyn C. Collier of Oklahoma City, OK.

A memorial celebration will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, April 16th at the Chapel of Asbury United Methodist Church.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Asbury United Methodist Church "Hats Ministry."
