Obituary
Moore, Marion Anderson "Mike" 86, chemical engineer, died Thursday, July 7, 2016. Attended University of Iowa. Married Mary Ann Neuzil, December 29, 1950.
He worked 45 years for Great Lakes Pipeline (later Williams), beginning as a Chemist working as head of metering in Tulsa headquarters. As a member of the Jay Cees in Watertown, South Dakota, he was involved in developing a skeet trap range and various other projects. He raised 2 sons, Ronald and Michael, and 1 daughter, Kim. Everyone knew him as "Mike". He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, RV camping. For 25+ years he and Mary Ann have been members of Pine Island Resort, Grove, Oklahoma on Grand Lake.
He taught metering courses at Houston Community College for American Pipeline Association.
Surviving relatives are: Wife, Mary Ann Moore of Tulsa; Son, Ronald Moore of Tulsa and Son, Michael Moore of Frankston, TX; Daughter, Kim Patton of Tulsa; Grandchildren: Adam Moore, Kevin Moore, Billie Su Uhlenhake, Abby Moore, Laura Moore; and Great Grandchildren: Brooks Uhlenhake, Brenden Uhlenhake, Ayren Moore and Ava Friesz.
Service 2 p.m. Saturday, July 23, St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church.
