Martha Lou Jane Holsted, 83, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 in Tulsa, OK. She was born June 3, 1930 in Tulsa, OK to Earl Deck and Bernadine Lawhorn Deck. Martha loved to cook and raised her children on homegrown canned vegetables. She was an avid reader and loved sewing, plants and flowers, playing the cello and singing and harmonizing. She was preceded in death by; her mother Bernadine Jones , fathers, Earl Deck and Curtis Ray Jones; sisters, Juanita Deck and Jeanne Davis; brother, Jack Jones; daughter, Sheila Martha and beloved husband of 59 years Curtis Holsted, she will be meeting him "On the right side of the moon." She is survived by; daughters, Deanna, Mary Ellen and Lonnie and husband, James; sons, Rick, Terry and wife, Terri; grandchildren, Paul, Jennifer, Courtney, Angie, Curtis, Sarah, Andrea and Mason; great-grandchildren, Getty, Rex, Juliet, Brady, Casey, Quinton, Vincent, Cael, Cory, Christopher and Lillian and; two nieces, Cheri Westerkamp and Jayme Noah. A visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, 2013 followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m., both at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 15, 2013 at St. Cecilia Catholic Parish, Claremore, OK.
