Mary Frances Pankey was born June 27, 1925 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Daughter of Arthur L. & Mary Allen, sister to 7 brothers. She married Raymond T. Pankey on April 23, 1949. She was a mother to six children and was a wonderful homemaker, Grandmother to 29 grandchildren, and 24 Great-Grandchildren. She passed on June 7, 2016 peacefully at home with warm and loving family, and with hospice care of Green Country. Having a strong Catholic faith being a founder and long term parishioner to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
She is survived by one brother – Elmer "Duke" Allen & Wife Anne Allen, Two Sister in laws Ann Allen & Mary Allen, Two Daughters – Kathie & Husband Michael Jackson, Kay & Husband Bobby Speir, Two Sons Kim & Wife Teresa Pankey, Kyle & Wife Jenne Pankey, Two daughter in laws Melinda Pankey Coshatt & Diane Pankey Bechtel, 29 Grand Children & 24 Great-Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father, loving husband, two sons Kirk & Kent Pankey, Six Brothers – Jim & Wife Lil Allen, Art Allen husband to Mary Allen (Survivor), Joseph Daniel "J.D." Allen & Wife Frances "Vivian" Allen, Jack & Wife JoAnn Allen, Thomas Edward "Ted" Allen & Wife Ann Allen (Survivor), & Father Dan Allen (founder of Neighbor for Neighbor)

Rosary will be held June 8, 2016 at Fitzgerald's Southwood Colonial Chapel 3612 east 91st Street South Tulsa, Oklahoma 74137 at 7:00 P.M.
Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Monday June 13, 2016 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
