TRACEY – Mary Martha (Upton), 86, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013. She was born in Tulsa, OK on September 9, 1926 and lived in Tulsa from 1926 to 1942. The family moved to Oklahoma City, OK in 1942 and she lived there until 1954. Mary attended St. Francis and Marquette Schools in Tulsa and graduated from John Carroll High School in Oklahoma City, OK. She also attended the University of Oklahoma for two years. She married James P. Tracey on December 27, 1948 and they moved to Tulsa in 1954 where they raised their family. Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Church of St. Mary. She is survived by her children, Donna Kay Littrell (Bill) of Honey Grove, TX; Thomas Patrick Tracey of Moore, OK; Gene Marie Hallinan (Bob) of Lenexa, KS; Mary Margaret Metcalf (Kevin) of Tulsa; brother Russell Van Upton of Oklahoma City; sister, Elizabeth U. Hudson of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Donovan Michael Shia, Brandon David Shia, Cameron James Shia, Samantha Dawn Sindelir, Marie Tracey Reed, Patrick James Hallinan, Mary Jeanne Hallinan, Courtney Renee Metcalf, Alexandra Mae Metcalf and Cassandra Kae Metcalf; and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, James, parents, Russell Van Upton and Jessica Gertrude (Rothhammer) Upton and brother, James B. Upton. A Rosary will be said 7 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2013 and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, July 26, 2013, 11 a.m., both at Church of St. Mary Chapel. Interment following at Calvary Cemetery.
