Maryanna Senger, age 74, died on August 25th, 2023 in Tulsa, Ok at her home. Maryanna was born August 31st, 1948 in Tulsa Ok, to parents Annette and Clyde Campbell. She graduated from Bishop Kelley High School in 1966 and went on to get her degree in Cosmetology where she became a Hairstylist. She worked for many years as a hairstylist for many clients, including her family members. On February 9th, 1973, she married the love of her life, Steve Senger in Tulsa. They began life together living in Tulsa, then moving to Broken Arrow where they would start their family. In July of 1977, they adopted their son, Stephen. And two years later in August of 1979 they also adopted their daughter Jeanette. Maryanna then became a superstar mother to her 2 children, that she cherished. She always went above and beyond for them. She was big in the PTA, shuffled them to and from sports and extracurricular activities. She was indeed, a Soccer mom. Years later, Maryanna and Steve adopted their 2 granddaughters, Dru and Laney and raised them. Maryanna never met a person she did not like. She accepted everyone for who they were. She was a devoted, carefree, loving mother, but also very stubborn. She enjoyed the simple things in life, like raising her family and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. She also had a love for her Boomer Sooners!!
She is survived by: Steve Senger (her husband of 50 years), Stephen Senger (Son), Jeanette Gatewood (Daughter) and husband Brian Gatewood. Grandchildren- Dru, Laney, Jillian, Chandler, Jayden, Alexa, and Reagan. Great Grandchildren- Ezra and Lillian. Many loved nieces and nephews. Wonderful inlaws- Mary Ann Conner, David Senger and fianc� Lee, Bill Senger and wife Sara Jane, Jim Senger, and Cliff Borucki.
She is preceded in death by Annette Goldsmith (Mother), Clyde Campbell (Father), Jim Goldsmith (Stepfather), Carolyn Borucki (Sister), Dennis Campbell (Brother)
A funeral is scheduled for Friday, September 1st, 2023 at The Church of St. Mary's at 10:30am
