It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mashayla Marie Nacke who left us on Friday, July 12, 2024. She was born on November 25, 1993. Mashayla lived a life full of love, faith, and resilience. Despite facing major medical challenges due to epilepsy and arthritis throughout her life, Mashayla never let these obstacles dim her vibrant spirit or her belief in the lord. Mashayla found her true calling in sharing her life's journey with authenticity and vulnerability on social media, where she touched thousands of lives. Her openness and courage inspired many, and she even established a direct connection with her favorite celebrity musician, a testament to her incredible ability to connect with people. Mashayla's smile could light up any room, and she had a unique gift for making everyone feel seen and loved. She was an avid follower of Christ, proudly and loudly sharing her faith and beliefs. Her devotion to her dogs, love for family gatherings, and talent for making everyone laugh are cherished memories we will hold dear. Mashayla will always be remembered as a strong and beautiful woman who inspired thousands with the courage she displayed daily. Her legacy of love, faith, and resilience will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She is survived by her Father, Rick Nacke, Jr.; Mother, Misty Nacke, her sister Mariah Nacke Duncan, Brother-in-law Foster Duncan; her beloved Niece Vivien Renea Duncan; Grandparents: Martha Grimes Harper, Rick Nacke Sr., Pat Peterson; Aunts and Uncles: Reggie Harper, Amanda Ficklin, and (cousin) Maddie Harper, Stacey Adams, Margo and Landon Gibson, Machele Galloway, Mike Nacke, Jon Tjentland, and so many other beloved cousins and family members.
She is preceded in death by her cousin Alexis Nacke who passed in May 2023.
Her family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
