Matthew Paul Ruben, age 30 of Jenks, died on October 14, 2011, in Indianapolis, IN. He was born to parents Kathryn and Danior Paul Ruben in Pensacola, Florida on July 29, 1981. After graduating from Jenks High School, he had a career in sales. Matt enjoyed grilling and fishing, but especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Matt or "Ruben" will be remembered as funny, caring, having a big heart, believing FAMILY was everything, and an animal lover.

Matt is survived by his parents, Kathryn Sue Ruben and Danior Paul Ruben; brothers and sisters: Paul Shane Ruben of Chula Vista, CA; Michelle Lynn Long of Bixby, OK; Bryon Keith Ruben of Raleigh, NC; Jason Robert Ruben of Virginia Beach, VA; Danior G. Ruben of Pensacola, FL; Melissa Perkins of Tulsa, OK; and Angela Sue Ruben of Jenks, OK; ten cousins and thirteen nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by grandparents Robert and Dorthy Ruben and Floyd and Wilma Coleman.

The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the ASPCA or the American Heart Association.

Visitation and viewing will be Tuesday, October 18, 2011, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. Funeral Service will be 11 AM, Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 3612 E. 91st St., Tulsa. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
