Maurice Milton Wolff, president and owner of Med-X Drug Stores, died Sunday. He was 78.
Born in Enid, Oklahoma in 1937 and raised in Cushing, Oklahoma, Milton graduated from the University of Oklahoma and became a CPA. He also served as a Lieutenant in the US Army. He married Diana Robinowitz in 1959. He served as president of Med-X Drug Stores, until the business was sold in 2004, and also served as COO of the Robinowitz Oil Company, until it was recently sold.
Milton was active in community and civic organizations, a member of Will Rogers Rotary Club and board member of the Tulsa Ballet. He was co-chairman of the committee responsible for building the Tulsa Jewish Retirement Center. He was a member of the Jewish Federation of Tulsa, Temple Israel and B'nai Emunah Synagogue.
He is survived by: his wife, Diana; daughter, Cindy Zelby; son, Stuart Wolff; and his greatest joys, his six grandchildren, Elaine Zelby, Karen Zelby, Allison Zelby, Alexander Wolff, Isabelle Wolff and Maximilian Wolff.
Friends may honor Milton's memory with contributions to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, October 6, 2016. Private graveside services at Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery will be at 3:30 PM, and a 5:00 PM Memorial Service will be at B'nai Emunah Synagogue, 1719 South Owasso in Tulsa, with food and drinks to follow.
