Obituary
Michael Gregory Bednar, age 32, died January 23, 2013, of major injuries he sustained when he was struck by a vehicle. He was the son of Jeff and Carolyn Bednar, born in Wichita, Kansas.
Michael attended Marquette School and Bishop Kelley High School, and attained an Associate's degree from Tulsa Community College. He especially loved Civil War history and was a fan of St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and St. Louis Rams football. People will remember Michael's quick wit and sense of humor.
Michael is survived by his son Cameron Bednar, mother Carolyn Bednar, father Jeff Bednar, stepmother Priscilla Bednar, brother Ryan Bednar and his wife Tia, grandmother Marion Spradlin, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Rosary will be said Friday, 7:00 p.m., at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, 10:30 a.m., at Christ the King Church, 16th and S. Quincy Ave.
In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Michael's memory may be made to Marquette School, 1519 S. Quincy Ave., Tulsa, OK 74120.
