Michael "Mike Heald , age 79 years, died June 17th, 2026 in Broken Arrow, OK.

Mike was born March 25th, 1947 in Tulsa, OK to John and Mary "Lyona" Heald. He graduated from St. Pius X High School in Houston, TX in the class of 1965. He attended the University of Houston before enlisting in the Air Force where he served 4 years. While stationed at Offutt Air Force Base, he met and married Jackie Bulin on August 29th,1970. Once discharged, they moved to Houston, TX where he worked as a computer analyst for Gulf Oil. In 1974, they relocated to Tulsa, OK where he worked for American Airlines as a senior programmer analyst until he retired in March of 2002. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, casinos, OU sports, camping, and old cars. His greatest joy came from attending the grandkids and great grandkids activities.

He is survived by: his wife of 55 years, Jackie: daughter, Michelle(Tim) Salmon; son, Matthew; grandchildren, Katie Morrow (Jaired), Michaela Salmon, Zachary Salmon, Jolie Heald, Stone Heald; great granddaughters, Blakely Morrow, Sawyer Morrow, Tatum Morrow; brothers, John "Jack" Heald, James "Jim" Heald, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joseph "Dick" Heald.

Graveside service is scheduled for Friday, June 26th, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Tulsa. Flowers and/or memorial donations can be sent to Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Funeral home.
