Michael David Frank, age 54 of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed peacefully on November 10, 2014. He is survived by his son, Calvin Frank.
Mike had a generous heart and gave to many causes. One that he was particularly interested in was the HelmZar Challenge Course. In lieu of flowers, it is his son's wish that you make a contribution, in honor of Mike Frank, to Helmzar Challenge Course. Please send contributions to:
