Mike Gomez, a lifelong resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on January 27th, 2023 at the age of 87.

Mike was one of 12 children. Mike and his family grew up on the West side of Tulsa. He graduated from Holy Family High School. Mike was known for his kind and gentle spirit, love of football, and devotion to his family.

Mike was a hardworking and dedicated individual, who had a life-long career with the U.S. Postal Service. When he wasn't working he enjoyed traveling with his wife, being an active parishioner and spending time outdoors. His grandchildren loved going to the park with their grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Donna, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild, who will forever cherish the memories of the time they spent with him.

Mike will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He was a great friend, a loving husband and father, and a respected member of the St. Catherine's community. His memory will live on through the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Rosary services will be Thursday, February 2nd, at 7:00pm and funeral services will be Friday February 3rd, at 10:00am both at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church 4532 S 25th West Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In lieu of flowers please remember Mike with memorial donations to Catholic Charities Porta Caeli Hospice House at Portacaeli.org/donate. The Porta Caeli House made Mike's final days peaceful and comforting.
