Frances Juanita "Nita" Creekmore was born June 13, 1926 on the family farm in Okemah, Oklahoma to Edmund and Ruby Wilson Ball. She departed this life on August 6, 2010, at the age of 84. Nita was raised in Holdenville, OK, graduated from Holdenville HS in 1944, and then attended Oklahoma Baptist University. She married Glenn Pray and moved to Tulsa to raise their family. Nita was employed by several credit companies, retiring from Wells Fargo Credit Corp. Throughout her life she was involved in many antique and classic car associations including the Horseless Carriage Club. She was also a very active member of Tops for over 45 years.
Nita most enjoyed spending time with her three children, Ryan Pray and wife Sandra, Doug Pray and wife Jill, Gayle Pray Fritts and husband Bill, all of Tulsa, her eight grandchildren Adam Pray (Liz) of Egypt, Auburn Pray Hutson (Brett) of Boston, Taylor Fritts, Ilze Fritts, Emily Fritts, Robert Fritts (Karen), Nathan Pray, Christopher Walters all of Tulsa; and ten great grandchildren.
