Norma Jean Dulany, 85, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019. She was born on January 22, 1934 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to parents William and Margarette Talley.  Norma is the second of 10 children.  She married Doug Dulany on February 4, 1956 in Tulsa.   Norma worked as a galvanometer technician for Telex Midwestern Instruments many years.

She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.  She will be remembered by her infectious laugh, sense of humor, and love for animals.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Doug, and sister Marie Bollinger (husband Bob, also deceased).

She is survived by: son Doug (wife Tempest); daughter Dee Dee; grandchildren, Kateri Beck (husband Ryan) and Cole Sittel, siblings Bill Talley (Reba, deceased), Ruth Licktieg (Roy), Jim Talley (Sue), Ray Talley (Carol), Betty Moore (Johnny), Mack Talley (Ann), Paul Talley, Doug Talley (Debbie); and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Grace Hospice and the staff of Brookdale for their care and compassion.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Hospice.

Rosary will be said Thursday, 7:00 p.m., at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, 14th and South Boulder Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, 10:00 a.m., at Holy Family Cathedral, followed by Interment at Memorial Park Cemetery, all in Tulsa.
