Pamella Rose Simpson, 66, of Tulsa, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, with a Rosary to immediately follow at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the Church of Saint Mary, with internment to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Pamella was born on January 28, 1951 in Okmulgee, OK, the daughter of Joseph "Joe" and Dorothy (Tittle) Koliha. On October 16, 1971, she married Garrel Simpson in Tulsa, OK. Pam enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a very social person and an avid bunco player, playing monthly games with the same group of good friends for over 35 years. Her many bunco friends will be honorary pall bearers at the service. She is survived by her mother Dorothy Koliha, son Aaron Simpson and his wife Misti Fisher of Tulsa, OK, daughter Lea Jo Hill of Ardmore, OK, daughter Ashley Simpson and son Joseph Simpson, both of Tulsa, OK, grandchildren Tenley Rose Simpson, Sierra Hill, James Hill, brother Rodney Koliha and his husband Doug Coelho of Boston, MA, special cousin Tom Stanley of Tulsa, and numerous extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and her husband. Memorial donations may be made in Pamella's name to the American Cancer Society or the Bishop Kelley Scholarship Fund.
