Patrick J. Reidy was born on July 9, 1947 in Tulsa to Martin J. and Eileen (Pat) Reidy, the seventh of ten children.  Patrick attended Immaculate Conception grade school, Roosevelt Jr. High school and Central High school prior to relocating to Birmingham, Michigan in 1965 with his mother and three younger siblings, Michael, Martha and Patricia, where he completed his formal education.  His mother had accepted a teaching position with the Birmingham school system and upon her retirement, Patrick returned with his mother to reside in Bartlesville where two older siblings, Mary and Frank, also resided.  Patrick had competed successfully through life with various physical disabilities which, though remaining productive, limited his employment opportunities.  Patrick continued to reside with his mother until her death in 2003, at which time it was necessary to move to an assisted living center due to the worsening of his physical handicaps.  Patrick died on October 14, 2010 due to respiratory complications.  Patrick was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Mary, Joseph and Martha.  He is survived by brothers James of Oxford, MS, Martin of Tulsa, Frank of Bartlesville and Michael of Tulsa, and sisters Elizabeth Roberts of Muskogee and Patricia of Laurel, MD.  Rosary will be 6 PM., Monday at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, Tulsa.  A private family service will be Tuesday at Calvary Cemetery Chapel, Tulsa, followed by burial at Calvary, adjacent to predeceased siblings.  Memorials may be made to the St. James Catholic Church, "Stained Glass Window Fund", 5500 SE Douglas Lane, Bartlesville, OK  75004.  Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel - 585-1151.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.fitzgeraldivychapel.com .
