Paul was a man who was truly young at heart. Even as he grew older his youthful spirit never left him. He was a proud member of the 10 Talley kids, number nine in the birth order. He was especially proud of his 30 plus nieces and nephews and their children. There are hundreds of Uncle Paul stories, some that could be published and some that cannot. Unknown to his parents he missed his 8th grade graduation so that he could attend his niece's 3rd birthday party! Paul was adored by his four sisters. He especially had a very close relationship with his sister Betty and really was never the same after her death.

Paul will always have a special place in our hearts for the way he watched over our mother after her stroke. He spent every night with her, researched every medication that she was taking and the side effects of each drug until her death. What a commitment and expression of love for her that we will never forget!

Paul graduated from Bishop Kelley in the class of 1966 and went on to receive two degrees from Oklahoma State University. Being a proud Cowboy, he still would wear his class ring and root on the Cowboys. Paul is survived by brothers, Jim (Sue), Mack (Anne), and Doug (Debbie). He was proceeded in death by his parents, William H. and Margarette Talley; and siblings, Bill (Reba) Talley, Norma Dulany (Doug), Ruth Lickteig, Ray Talley, Marie Bollinger (Bob), and Betty Moore.

Paul, we pray that you are in God's loving arms and are enjoying your heavenly reward. May you rest in peace.

Funeral Services will be Friday, April 17th at 11:00 am, at Saint Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
