Peter C. Papen passed away Friday, September 19, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 86. He was born March 22, 1928 in Vienna, Austria to Leo Papen and Alice Weingarten Papen. Peter was a retired Finance Manager in the Petroleum Industry. He is survived by his wife Betty Banks Papen of the home. No services planned.
