Phyllis Nadine Levy, born February 4, 1947, died on July 26, 2021. She was 74. Preceded in death by her husband Louis and daughter Michele. She is survived by her son Robert, his wife Lisa, and grandchildren Benjamin and Noa.

Graveside Service Thursday, July 29th, 10 AM, Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. To honor Phyllis, friends may contribute memorial donations to the Special Olympics.
