Obituary

Dick Ingraham was born on May 29, 1928, in Hammond, Indiana, to Carl Grant and Harriet Ingraham. He graduated from Avonworth High School in Ben Avon, PA, and Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA, where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He was a career long salesman for Wheeling Pittsburg Steel Corporation and his own company Ferro Resources, Inc. He married the love of his life, Ella May, on June 10, 1950. He was a devoted father and husband to his wife of 56 years. Throughout his life, he enjoyed dancing, golf, boating, fishing, singing in the church choir, running, spending time with his grandchildren, and cheering for the Pittsburg Steelers and Pirates. His warm personality, smile, sense of humor, and quick wit will be missed by all who knew him. Dick is preceded in death by his wife, eldest son, Rick, and his parents; and, brother Alan and survived by his other children, Doug Ingraham of Los Angeles, CA, Dwight Ingraham, (Camilla), Marianne Holmes (John), and daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Ingraham, and grandchildren, Erik Ingraham, Tyler Holmes, Rebecca Holmes, and Andrew Ingraham, and great grand daughter, Taylor Ingraham, all of Tulsa, OK. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church at 9303 East 111th Street South, Bixby, Oklahoma 74008. Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday Trinity Presbyterian Church.
