Richard Busse Oexmann, age 53, died in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Sunday, September 26th, 2021. He worked as a paramedic.

Richard is survived by his parents, Donald and Elizabeth (Busse) Oexmann, sister, Dianna Head and niece, Rachel Turner.

A Prayer Service will be on Friday, October 1, at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m., both at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, 14th and South Boulder Avenue, in Tulsa.
