Obituary
Robert Lewis Baxter, age 84, died in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 10, 2015. He was born in Tulsa on May 4, 1931 to James and Grace (Trimble) Baxter.
Bob had two families that he was highly devoted to, his home family and his church family. They were his motivation in life. Bob was a caring, giving person who loved to pray, tell you about the Lord and would take any opportunity to do a little preaching to you. His presence will be sorely missed.
Bob is survived by his wife, Mary L. Baxter of the home, three step-children, Kae Hamilton; Fred and wife Susie Craycraft; and Paul Casey, all of Tulsa; five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Rudy Baxter; father, Jim Baxter; and mother, Grace Baxter.
Visitation at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, 1402 South Boulder Avenue, will be from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, at Harvest Time Assembly of God Church, 1511 South 81st West Avenue, in Tulsa. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
