Obituary
Robert H. (Bob) Burton III, age 72, of Tulsa died at home on March 23, 2011. He was born in Tulsa to parents Harry and Tommie Ella (Berr) Burton on October 11, 1938.
Bob served in the US Army from 1959 until 1965, when he was honorably discharged with the rank of SP4. He then worked as a commericial driver before retirement.
He is survived by his daughter, Denese Burton, of East St. Louis, Illinois and companion Pearl Wright, of the home.
Visitation will be Sunday, 1 -4 PM, and Rosary will be 5PM, Sunday, both at Fitzgerald Ivy Chapel, 1402 S. Boulder Ave. His Funeral Mass will be at St. Monica Catholic Church, 633 E. Marshall Place, Tulsa. Interment will be 10 AM, Tuesday, March 29, at Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
