Roberto Salaises, age 68, died on January 17, 2023, in Tulsa OK. Roberto was born on February 27, 1954 in Rio Grande, Zacatecas, Mexico, to parents Quirino Salaises and Maria de la Cruz Gutierrez. On September 18th 1973, he married Ofelia Puente. In 1997, he moved to Tulsa to start a new life and he worked for more than 30 years as a carpenter. He enjoyed watching soccer and old movies, he also enjoyed playing pranks on his grandchildren and telling funny stories. His family and friends will always remember him as a very caring, loving, witty, stubborn and very generous towards those he loved.

He is survived by his wife Ofelia, his son Miguel, his daughters Maria de la Paz, Maria Lucia, Maria del Refugio and Maria de los Angeles. Also, by his grandchildren, Luis Humberto, Rodrigo, Loreinne, Arlene, Alejandro, Vanessa, Stephanie, Joselinne, Daniel, Melanny, Valerie, Eduardo, Jazminne, and Isabella.

Rosary and vigil will be Sunday January 22 at 6 pm at Fitzgerald Funeral Home 3612 E. 91st Street South, Tulsa OK 74137
Mass will be at 10 AM on Monday January 23 at San Francisco Xavier Parish followed by a procession to the Cemetery to say goodbye.
