Rossie Ann Patterson, 81, went to be with her Lord on Sat, Feb 20, 2016. She was born in Claremore, OK, on Jan 16, 1935 to Ross (Shug) and Grace Anderson. She grew up and attended high school in Pryor, OK.
Rossie married the love of her life, Leon Troy Patterson, on June 14, 1952. From their union, she had 2 sons, Tim and Terry, who loved her dearly. She was a wonderful wife and mother, while also working for several companies, until she joined Leon in starting their own business, Kim's International, in Tulsa, OK, where the family thrived for over 30 years before retiring.
Rossie loved her family, friends, and her dog, Sophie. In her younger life, she and Leon enjoyed water skiing, square and round dancing, and travelling. They were members of First Christian Church, in Tulsa, and were CYF sponsors in their early marriage.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Marge Duncan and Jean Adkins, and son Terry Patterson. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Leon; son Tim, his wife Kerri, and their daughters Regan and Lindsey; sisters Eva Joan Anderson, Sue Averett, Ova Mae Edmond, and brother Jim Anderson; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services for Rossie will be held at 2:00, Thursday, Feb 25, 2016, at Southwood Colonial Chapel, 3612 E. 91st St. South, Tulsa, OK 74137, with interment following at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in her name, to the American Cancer Society.
