Sandra Jean Niver Seagle passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 while surrounded by her loved ones at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was 64 years of age.

Sandra was born on September 1, 1958 in East Bernard, Texas to Ruth and Lawrence Niver. Throughout her childhood, Sandra lived in numerous locations across Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Oklahoma before graduating from Mason High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After high school, Sandra attended the University of Oklahoma, where she was a proud member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority.

Upon graduating from college, Sandra moved back to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she would meet the love of her life, Victor (Vic) Seagle, while working as an Assistant Administrator for the Worker's Compensation Court of Oklahoma. After uniting in marriage on November 10, 1990, Sandra and Vic made their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where they would eventually give birth to and raise their two sons, Eric and David Seagle.

Throughout her adult life, some of Sandra's favorite moments were the days, nights, and weekends she and Vic would spend watching their sons' sporting events and other extracurricular activities. While Sandra always cherished the opportunity to spend time with her family at home or to join Vic while cheering on their boys from the stands, she would also go above and beyond to stay involved as a mother by jumping at the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as a homeroom mom or member of the PTA while her children were growing up.

When Sandra wasn't fully immersed in spending time with her husband and children, you could often find her visiting or talking on the phone with her mother, a close friend, or another member of the family. Needless to say, Sandra loved spending time connecting with her loved ones and always made sure she went out of her way to let them know exactly how deeply she cared about them.

While Sandra was undoubtedly most passionate about being a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, she also loved many other things in life, such as: her dogs, Oklahoma Sooners football, family dinners, reality TV, the latest gossip, and Crocs.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 32 years, Vic Seagle; her sons, Eric and David Seagle; her soon-to-be daughter-in-law, Ashlynne Ruble; her mother, Ruth Niver; her sister, Sharon (Dede) Jemela; and her dogs, Bugsy and Stella, as well as a niece, several nephews, extended family members, and a countless number of close friends who were like family to Sandra.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Niver; her brothers, David and Lawrence (Larry) Niver; her father-in-law, Berne Seagle; and her mother-in-law, Mildred Seagle.

Sandra's memorial service is Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 1:30PM at Saint Mary Catholic Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
