Sebastian Dane Balleto, age 23, died on April 7, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on September 20, 2001 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the parents of Richard Framel and Danielle Balletto.
He graduated from Tulsa Learning Academy High School in the class of 2020, he then had at the Tulsa Air Museum. He then took a position at Mazzio's. Sebastian shared his love with Tia Ross. Sebastian and Tia made their home in Tulsa with their daughter Martha Ross. He was deeply loved by his friends, family and colleagues. He enjoyed boating on the lake, being in nature, watching One Piece, video gaming, collecting armory and much much more. His friends and family will always remember him as a fun, loving, funny, kind and caring individual. He is survived by his mother Danielle Balletto, his daughter Martha Ross and her mother Tia Ross, as well as aunt, uncles, grandparents. He is preceded in death by his father Richard Framel and his paternal grandparents Leo and Martha Framel. There will be a memorial service 10:00 am April 18 at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel, 3612 East 91st Street South Tulsa, Oklahoma 74137. There will be a memorial mass held at St Mary's Catholic Church, Tuesday April 22 at 5:30pm, 1347 E 49th Pl. Tulsa, Oklahoma 74105. Donations can be sent to either place.
