Stephanie Jean O'Brien, 37, died in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Saturday, March 29, 2014.
She was born on March 31, 1976 to parents Steven and Cathy Kumm in Tulsa.
She is survived by her mother, Cathy Kumm and her father, Steven Kumm, three sons, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her sister Christy in 1980 and brother Joey, who died in 1977.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Salvation Army Center of Hope, 102 North Denver, Tulsa, OK, on Wednesday, 11:00 a.m.
