CAMPBELL, Stephen Richard, 48, passed away Monday, August 30, 2010 while in Germany. He was born September 21, 1961 in Geneva, NY to Richard and Caroline Campbell.
Stephen graduated from Christian Brothers Academy, Syracuse, NY in 1979. He earned his BA in economics in 1984 from N.Y. Potsdam State University. He later earned his BA in Chemical Engineering and MBA from the University of Tulsa in 2002.
He was employed by FW Murphy in Tulsa as a Supplier Quality Engineer. He was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus and was actively involved with Habitat for Humanity through St. Bernard's Church in Tulsa. Stephen loved the outdoors and was active with his sons' Boy Scout troops and also enjoyed camping, hiking, and skydiving.
He will be missed by many, including: his parents; his wife of 24 years, Tracey "T.J" Campbell, Tulsa, OK; sons Bryant and wife Tiffany, Panama City, FL and Christopher Campbell, Tulsa, OK; daughter Taylor Campbell, Tulsa, OK; sisters Michele and husband Diego Robledo, Tulsa, OK.; Sharon and husband Philip Crandell, Albuquerque, NM; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation and Rosary will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, September 9, 2010 and . Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Friday, September 10, 2010 both at St. Bernard of Clairvaux Church, 4001 E. 101st St., Tulsa, Ok. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for benefit of his children's education to Stephen Campbell Memorial Education Fund at any Branch of the Bank of Oklahoma.
