Susan Marie Carter was born April 18, 1968 to Howard John Provinsal and Mary Patrice Provinsal (Travers). She passed from this life Tuesday, November 10, 2015. She was 47 years old.
She is survived by daughter Brittany Lin Carter, son, Colton Neal Carter, father Howard John Provinsal, and his wife Jimmia. Mother, Mary Patrice Travers. Brothers, Howard John Provinsal Jr., Micheal David Travers and wife Judy. Sisters Sarah Jane Adair and husband Sean, Amanda Erin Provinsal, Nellie Dawn Crooks and husband Charles. Nephews Ryan-Austin Carter Quattrocchi and parents Tim and Shelly Quattrocchi, Seann-William Lee Adair, Cadence Micheal Travers and Mark Cooper Provinsal. Nieces Sierra Raine Adair, Madison Xaviara Snider, Jalen Ann-Sinclair Travers, Justice Scout Travers, Robbie-Mckenzie Anne Stephens and Hailey Mae Stephens. Susan was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Anne Provinsal and brother, Mark Christopher Provinsal.
Susan was a homemaker with a kind loving spirit to all she met. Susan loved her children more than anything in the world.
