Tai Tu Tran was born on September 16, 1940 and passed peacefully from this life on November 19, 2025.

Originally from Vietnam, he left the country with his wife, children, and extended family during the fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975. He and his family eventually settled in Tulsa, OK and made it their new home. He worked very hard to support his family and later became the owner of his own Asian grocery store.

His family and friends will always remember him as someone who is strongly devoted to God and his Catholic faith. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially the children.

Even though Tai has moved on from this world, he will always remain in the hearts and minds of people that loved him. He will be greatly missed.

Preceded in death by his mother, Chu T. Nguyen, sister-in-law, Minh Tran, and niece, Jackie Tran, Tai is survived by his wife, Be V. Tran; his sons, Joseph V. Tran and Paul V. Tran; his daughters, Mary T. Clark and Thanh T. Hoang; his brother, Tri V. Tran; sisters, Nang T. Tran and Hue N. Ta; his brother-in-law, Chung V. Ta; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Rosary is scheduled for 7 PM Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at Fitzgerald Southwood Colonial Chapel.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at the Church of St. Mary.
